14-Day Return Window: Unopened, sealed, and resalable rituals may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Damaged on Arrival: If your glass jar or pouch arrives damaged, email a photo to [Your Email] within 48 hours. We will send a free replacement immediately.

The “Soul-Match” Clause: If you opened a ritual and found the scent isn’t for you, contact us! We don’t offer refunds for “change of mind” on opened goods, but we will provide a one-time 20% discount on next order to help you find your perfect ritual match.

Refund Processing: Once an approved return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
